仙台三十三観音札所を輪経で
奥州仙台巡礼会の柴田さんが12月25日のクリスマスに仙台三十三観音札所を結願しました。
7月あたりからまわり始めて、当初は5回でまわり終わるはずが、記録的な猛暑にはばまれ、なんやかんやでようやく結願となりました。
地方霊場ならではのお菓子とお茶のオンパレードといったおばあちゃん風のお接待や、民家の納経所など、いろいろ楽しくまわったようです。
地方霊場はこういったアットホームな感じがいいですね。
今の時代、見ず知らずの人を家にあげるのは気が引けますからねえ。
懐が深い、と柴田さんも言っておりました。
そういえば、近くの公園にいた訳ありイギリス人を家に泊めるかどうかちょっと悩んで断念しました。
その時は英語に自信がなかったからですが、今なら泊めてあげるだろうなあ。
それと寒い夜に、酔っ払ったフィリピン人お母さんとベビーカーに乗った子を家に泊めるか悩んだこともありました。
さすがに気が引けたので普通に遠慮しました。
結局は親子の家の近くまで連れてって、あとは警察を呼んで対応してもらいました。
警察が来た頃にはどっかに行ってしまったんですが無事に帰ったんだろうか。
あの日は寒かったので、ベビーカーに乗った子供がかわいそうでかわいそうで。
暖かいお茶を買ったぐらいしか出来なくてごめん。
と今言っても仕方がないですね。
それはさておき、柴田さんの移動手段はほぼ自転車。
自転車で巡礼することを輪行ならぬ「輪経」といったのは柴田さんですが、あんがいしっくり来るもんですね。
自転車はGiantのESCAPE MINIの (確か) 2010年モデル。

グリップシフトはトリガーシフトに交換してあげました。
ただシフトレバーの戻りが悪いので年末年始の間に直す予定です。
輪経する場合はサドルは交換した方がよいでしょうね。
街乗りする分にはデフォルトのサドルでも構いませんが、1日中乗る場合はそれなりのサドルにした方がよいですね。
慣れもありますが。
それとグリップ、ペダルを交換するのもいいですね。
あとはホイールはFOLEXに...。
話がずれてきたのでこの辺で。
